I did this today morning (Makar Sankranti). It was a beautiful experience. I could see the sun and connect so well. I tried to visualise my goals (lose weight, etc), but they seemed too small. I could just pray for the wellbeing my child and the many people at Mahakumbh. Then, I was just connected to the sun and the waves around it. Could not tear my eyes away. Woow, Many Thanks, few years ago in Romania i heard two gipsy woman's talking on a city street conversation about this type of practice. Their were talking like: girl, i try to look at the sun and project my wealth and money but, girl, i cannot concentrate, my mind is so agitated! :)))) I swear, this is crazyyy, and was talking about-it this event with a yogi friend of mine.
