Longest uncomfortable Trans-Sydney Trains to NSW TrainLink ABSOLUTE All Stops Service

They put on an original T-Set designated Tangara too with fixed directional seating just for this journey too
Commences from Bondi Junction and stops at EVERY SINGLE STATION until it terminates at Port Kembla

No one would actually take this train all the way to Pt Kembla like this. This train actually runs under two different run numbers, which are connected by the PIDS system for some reason. It starts from Bondi Junction at 2155 running as train 610M, stopping all to Waterfall. It then dwells at Waterfall for 13 minutes, being overtaken there by the Kiama train (C193), which departs Central at 2223. It finally departs Waterfall at 2316 as train C393, stopping all to Pt Kembla. All intercity customers would take the Kiama train and change at the last express stop before their destination.

This is normal every weekday night. Two night service (presumably for transposition as well) heading down running Waterfall via Banksia and Port Kembla all-stoppers right after.

I don't know why the Port Kembla branch exists. People should just hop off at Coniston, and then buses that head to Port Kembla and Vice Versa. If the Carlingford line is gone, then the Port Kembla branch should be gone too.

The D sets are late due to problems with Digital Display, Crew doors opening by itself, CCTV footage, Electrical problems and one more which I forgot but I can tell you that there are 5 issues with the train so is 4 years late

i'm pretty sure there's an early morning kiama via banksia service as well which leaves central at 04:55 in the morning

Services aren't really assigned to a specific line. The PIDS system just classifies this as a T4 service, probably as it stops at mostly T4 stations.

sometimes wollongong is considered an extension of sydney so that’s why the t4 trains run to port kembla sometimes, idk why they run tangaras there even though wollongong is considered a regional city but it is considered an extension of the t4 sydney line
