Her theme was ordered by Nasu to be in the same vein as Fate/Extra CCC, so the similarities are intentional.
Ironically,she also fits as a Liz Variant while Fairy Lancelot is a Illya Variant.

One of the comments in this video even says it feels like a Liz Alter theme (Liz also comes from Fate Extra)
Nasu did confirm in his blog that her theme is supposed to have CCC vibe, so it's not a coincidense actually.
