The thing people don’t understand is that ronaldo is a natural dribbler. Even after man united he was impressive with one on one situations at Real Madrid until the knee injury in 2014.
He used to dribble even after that until, if I remember right, he moved to Juventus, where the team was struggling to make an end product, and he had to move more into striking positions to get on the end of it, especially during the second season there. Ronaldo would be much better while roaming free in half spaces and open areas than staying in the box, by the way. You don't restrict someone like that just to being a post player. The game should flow through him.
