On some of his more recent films, the fact he is still doing stuff at nearly 70 is insane. I'm 43 and can't move for 3 days if I sit down to hard in an armchair!

2:43 In the final fight battle scene, he was in a metal factory where there is a coal to burn and heat the metal underneath like a heater. He has to do like 2 takes because he wasn't satisfied in the first take. He's a perfectionist and he was supported by his own crew so, there we go.

Jackie Chan has an awesome stunt team aswell, which people alot of time sleep on. They constantly train with him and are trained by him. They instantly know when a stunt goes wrong etc.

Jackie Chan's probably had more concussions than half the NFL put together. It's really amazing that he's capable of getting hurt so badly and so often, but never got injured in a way that limited what he could accomplish. His willpower, to be able to fight through that level of pain, finish the scene, and always come back for more is unreal.

Jackie Chan was my first action hero, and he was the very first person to make me realize all the stunts he did were real. Every injury, fall, or hit in the film I see whether it be himself or his stunt team, I’m cringing every time.
The scene that nearly killed him was at 2:21. He landed on a rock and it cracked his skull. To this day, he has permanent loss of hearing in one ear and has a plastic plug because he had emergency brain surgery. There were bone fragments in his brain from the cracked skull.

I don't remember which movie it's from, an older one, but he jumps out of the way of a shipping container, you know the metal ones....
