I have a Usha janom stitch magic. When I unbox it and tried to stitch, cloth was not moving ahead. No movement at all. What setting is disturbed. Please help

If the cloth is not moving ahead while stitching on your Usha Janome Stitch Magic sewing machine, there could be a few possible causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the feed dog position: The feed dog is the metal teeth-like mechanism beneath the needle that moves the fabric forward. Ensure that the feed dog is in the raised position. There is usually a lever or dial to adjust the feed dog position. Refer to your machine's user manual for specific instructions.
Verify the stitch length: Make sure the stitch length setting is not set to zero or a very low value. Increase the stitch length to allow the fabric to move forward as you sew. Look for the stitch length adjustment dial on your machine and set it to a suitable value.
Check the presser foot pressure: Incorrect presser foot pressure can also cause the fabric not to move forward. Adjust the presser foot pressure according to the thickness of the fabric you are sewing. Most machines have a dial or lever to control the presser foot pressure.
Thread tension: Improper thread tension can sometimes affect the fabric's movement. Ensure that the upper thread tension is properly set for the type of fabric you are using. Experiment with adjusting the thread tension slightly to see if it helps.
