New theory:
We all know that when they first encounter each other as trainees, Moonbyul didn't thought that Solar was older than her and was a bit disrespectful at first, so maybe as they have become great friends over the years, and it's a first for Moonbyul to have a big sister, she is on this line where Solar is a friend of hers and a big sis too.
And with the 1 year difference of age, she ended up being a bit clingy and spoiled by Solar who is for the first time the eldest and leader of a group, making her having less boundaries with the little sis who's 1 year younger.
