Great video! As a road marathoner for the past 5 years, I'm always looking for new tips on motivation, getting stronger and preventing dreaded injuries. This post is very inspirational. As a fellow TH-camr, I love sharing my experiences and knowledge as well. I know how much goes into these videos! Keep posting - I just subscribed!
As always, a very well made documentary Michael on a topic that is full of emotion for many of us. I share your views and it's such a shame that so many mistakes have been made throughout this crisis by governments and individuals. I wish there was an end in sight but it's hard to see one at the moment. It will be a shame if this is your last video on TH-cam but if you are retiring A Runner's Ramble then I wish you well in your injury recovery and hope you are able to be running again soon. And I'll hold out hope that some time in the future, something will happen that will bring you out of retirement and we'll get to view another one of your brilliant running documentaries.

Michael... Thank you! I don’t often comment on videos, but tend to on most of yours, as they all strike a certain note, especially being from Northumberland! I first found A Runner’s Ramble before I ran my first GNR in 2017 with your tips video. I’ve followed pretty much ever since, on here and instagram. You’ve always been a decent guy with the support you give. This year has been proper shite after the Run Northumberland Half in March where I smashed my PB I’ve barely done anything and have no motivation with all the race cancellationa but when I have been out, I’ve pulled out some of the podcasts from the archives.
All the best with your future docs, I look forward to them on MFB media.

I think they should offer Virtual in every race for 2020. Loch Ness 2020 emailed weeks ago asking about whether we would accept a Virtual event. They have emailed today and said it’s postponed for a year.
Sadly some of the events are offering a refund but at a discounted rate. Should be 100% it’s not our fault.
I will be running a Virtual GNR on the day have a route planned out.

I do think this is how running should go forward for now. Give those who have entered a chance to earn their medal not insult them, people will do if the option is there.
