At the perfect time Allah subhanahu wa taa'ala sent his soldiers ( angels) and they gently took and accompanied Jesus to the sky like what they did with the prophet Muhammad salla Allah alyhi wa sallam during israa'and mea'raj.
Bani Israel took the cheater and crossed him on the wood and they didn't believe that he was not Jesus because he was exactly looking like Jesus
So it was all managed by the Majesty and the almighty Lord Allah who is able and totally capable to do anything he wills.
