A human from a different universe who's capable of inverting the perceptions of others. This isn't just limited to perception of direction, but also of things like morality and emotions, so he can make people have wild mood swings.
However, he just uses it to make people have parties or duels whenever he thinks things are too quiet.
He's a natural party animal, and has an unfortunate tendency to recklessly endanger people around him when he gets too excited (by forcing people into fights). As such, no one really cares to be near him.
Having no one to party with, he decided to figure out trans-universal travel (as one does in these sorts of situations), and promptly set his trajectory of chaotic festivities in a perpendicular line through every spacetime continuum. For fun.
(Naturally, a person with the ability to reverse ideologies must have a reversed ideology himself.)
Whenever he entered a universe, he partied and partied until there were no more resources, and then he carelessly set foot to the next one in his hedonistic journey, unworried about the ecological (and financial) calamities he was leaving behind.
When he saw Gensōkyō, he found it as just another universe to have fun with until the other lives of the party lost their spark. And so, unaware that an incident had just been resolved, he forced the hearts of the exhausted humans and yōkai to stir into a grandiose mania.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), the resident shrine maidens/witches/maids/et. al. were able to find him and-

Even though you didn't list it as an inspiration, this song reminds me a lot of tenxa's theme.
You know, the entirety of ASiFO had that space-y feeling, which I thought was a great fit for the album. I didn't know back then if that was an intentional choice by you or if that was just your style in general. But now I'm starting to lean towards the latter?
Or maybe you're intentionally referencing that EX boss theme here. I don't mind though because I consider the EX boss theme to be the best song in the ASiFO. And this song is just more of what I love from that.
