si buscas una crema (o glaseado) que se mantenga firme. La crema de mantequilla es buena, se reafirmará en el exterior creando una cáscara y seguirá siendo suave por dentro.

Декор безусловно красивый. Но внутреннее содержание... я просто в замешательстве. Очень толстые коржи, очень мало крема, нет разнообразных начинок. По правилам, какая общая высота коржей, примерно такая же высота разнообразных прослоек в торте: крем, кули, компоте, кремю, карамель, как самостоятельно, так и с различными наполнителями в виде фруктов, орехов. Различное сочетание начинок дает новые вкус и ощущения. Я уж не говорю о разрезе. Разрез в таких тортах восхитительный! Или я не права?
