Hey, I'm Ron. I've lived in LA most of my life, and I've been hiking local trails for as long as I can remember. I'm no distance runner or a seasoned pro - I prefer my hikes short and sweet (between 5-10km). I like to take advantage of nature surrounding me just to take a quick break from the daily grind. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of our locals' trails. I run the Rose Bowl loop every week but like to switch to trail running instead. I've never seen this water reservoir where you started your run before. I would like to try the very same trail. My question, what street takes you there? Thanks again.

Hi Herbert! Thank you for watching. This trail has multiple entrances. Where I start is on S. Arroyo Blvd at the Pasadena Casting Club. There’s limited parking there. I like the Rose Bowl loop, but this trail is definitely more peaceful and better on the knees!
