In the early 90s my Uncle had a house in the California desert. About 50 yards behind his house there was an abandoned mineshaft. As kids still in elementary school we went back there into the mine. Walked back about 300 yards. Had old railroad mining cars, boxes of dynamite, gas masks, picks and shovels. At the back of the mine we dropped a rock down a hole and it took a full 5 seconds to hit the bottom. Not sure how far that cave went but probably several hundred feet.

I just came from the video of the guy going in a mine during a thunderstorm to show how good the flash light worked and he captures what sounds like a lot of people whispering. I got chills. And the. Obviously had to click on this one to enhance my anxiety. 😂😂
Let's be realistic here. The chain swinging could've been caused by a bat, owl or some other kind of bird/animal that was sitting on the chain and flew away when the light was flashed towards it. And the negative/spooky feeling the camera man was experiencing could just be due to the place itself. He's in an abandoned mine tunnel which is at least believed to be haunted, its getting dark outside so whether there was a ghost presence or not, you would obviously start feeling uneasy just due to the surroundings.
He says at the beginning that he saw footprints in the mud. I think somebody else was farther down in the mine and saw him coming in. That person swung the chain as a warning not to come further, or just get out.
Okay, if it was a bat, then why no audio being picked up from the animal rattling the chain or its wings flapping. Even if he didn't catch or see the animal in time, there should still be some sort of noise or echo, at least I think so.

When I study the swinging chain, I notice that the trail of water bends right, just at the chain which swings the greatest. Several are moving, but the one that is the most, appears to follow a channel of water. It very well is likely an opening in which water and air are both being funneled. Now I must go to the mine to find out! Who's going with me? (I just learned about this video from Mr.Ballen's TH-cam site. )
You almost get the romantic notion that the spirits of the old miners are actively trying to scare people off so they don't get hurt or killed by the very real hazards of an abandoned mine.

I'm no physicist, but it looked like a pendulum effect. Since there were prior footsteps, someone could've gotten that thing to swing and it could go on for a long while considering it was a fair depth into the mine which should have little air resistance. It was already swinging when it came into view on the video, so that's a possibility. I'd freak the fuck out if it were stationary then started swinging all over the place.

Frank explores mines, mining camps, mining things, etc. He doesn't "go ghost hunting." Out of all his videos, only two does he make a serious mention of "feeling creepy" and both are in the same tunnel. Not the whole mine, just 300' length of tunnel.
Something I noticed; if you slow the video all the way down and look really really close, you'll notice as the chain swings to each side, it not only remains perfectly straight but something holds it there for a millisecond before releasing. If you tied a string anywhere on that chain and pulled, it would bend depending on that point, it's as if something has grabbed the entire chain at once. If this is real, then this gives considerable insight into the capabilities of paranormal telekinesis. I think that thing was not grabbing on to the chain at all, I think this is legit telekinesis, was probably watching him and that was likely a warning. (If it's real) If you look, the chains going deeper into the mine progressively swing more violently. Right after he says I'm out of here, the chains remain in full stride, however the main chain has a slightly longer hang time, as if what was controlling it was thinking and just held the chain there for a bit longer. This little details reveal a lot about what's actually going on.
They would all swing as aggressively then, well more or less. And just 1 swinging like crazy doesn't add up. Wind does not work that way inside a corridor/ tunnel that narrow and low.

Let's be realistic here. The chain swinging could've been caused by a bat, owl or some other kind of bird/animal that was sitting on the chain and flew away when the light was flashed towards it. And the negative/spooky feeling the camera man was experiencing could just be due to the place itself. He's in an abandoned mine tunnel which is at least believed to be haunted, its getting dark outside so whether there was a ghost presence or not, you would obviously start feeling uneasy just due to the surroundings.
He says at the beginning that he saw footprints in the mud. I think somebody else was farther down in the mine and saw him coming in. That person swung the chain as a warning not to come further, or just get out.
Okay, if it was a bat, then why no audio being picked up from the animal rattling the chain or its wings flapping. Even if he didn't catch or see the animal in time, there should still be some sort of noise or echo, at least I think so.

When I study the swinging chain, I notice that the trail of water bends right, just at the chain which swings the greatest. Several are moving, but the one that is the most, appears to follow a channel of water. It very well is likely an opening in which water and air are both being funneled. Now I must go to the mine to find out! Who's going with me? (I just learned about this video from Mr.Ballen's TH-cam site. )

Since there were prior footsteps, someone could've gotten that thing to swing and it could go on for a long while considering it was a fair depth into the mine which should have little air resistance.
It was already swinging when it came into view on the video, so that's a possibility.

anyways, if it wasn't for growing up in a haunted house, i'd probably be skeptical just like everyone else. i've found, that for some, its easier to not believe and be comfortable with how society views life and death; or the others that sorta believe but won't admit it because it opens up doors that can't be closed again. regardless, this is one of the few videos i've come across that doesn't seem faked. Frank explores mines, mining camps, mining things, etc. He doesn't "go ghost hunting." Out of all his videos, only two does he make a serious mention of "feeling creepy" and both are in the same tunnel. Not the whole mine, just 300' length of tunnel.
Something I noticed; if you slow the video all the way down and look really really close, you'll notice as the chain swings to each side, it not only remains perfectly straight but something holds it there for a millisecond before releasing. If you tied a string anywhere on that chain and pulled, it would bend depending on that point, it's as if something has grabbed the entire chain at once.
If this is real, then this gives considerable insight into the capabilities of paranormal telekinesis. I think that thing was not grabbing on to the chain at all, I think this is legit telekinesis, was probably watching him and that was likely a warning. (If it's real) If you look, the chains going deeper into the mine progressively swing more violently. Right after he says I'm out of here, the chains remain in full stride, however the main chain has a slightly longer hang time, as if what was controlling it was thinking and just held the chain there for a bit longer. This little details reveal a lot about what's actually going on.
