The 12" meat log saddled in the bun is a pork-and-beef hotdog so it isn't kosher but I sincerely doubt anyone eating fastfood gives half a damn about that. Aside from the ludicrous amount of sodium in it like pretty much any processed meat product, it's not too bad.
