When we touch the jockey in the constantan wire.. the deflection of the galvanometer should be in opposite side i guess???

Yes. Measure diameter from different portion of the wire, then calculate the mean diameter

Either circuit ka issue hae Or circuit element kuchh thik nhi hae, check the performances of each circuit element using multimeter
