எப்படி சுவையான கறி பண் செய்வது. How to make tasty curry and pizza bun

An easy step by step recipe on how to make a nice and tasty curry bun, with home made dough and curry recipe. I have shown 3 different buns, a normal curry bun, a curry bun with egg and a pizza style bun. Also I have shown 2 ways you can cook the buns, one way using an oven and another way using the stove.

Curry bun ingredients
Dough:
Plain flour - 2 cups or just above 250g
Yeast - 7 grams or 1.5 teaspoons
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Butter - table spoon
Sugar -2 teaspoons
1 large egg
Curry filling:
1 tin fish
Large potatoes - 3
1 tomato
1 onion
2 chillies
Little bit of ginger
2 garlic cloves
Half a lemon
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Coriander (optional)
Curry leaves (optional)
Butter or oil

Love the way u explained. Have 3 doubts 1. What is the exact Yeast measurement is it differs depends upon the quantity of Maida. 2. Why some times bun goes hard after baked 3. Is the timings differs for the buns or all type is 20 minutes. Thank u🙏
