Congratulations Pacers from Sac, next year they will be back! Throughout the Grant Football History under Coach Alberghini more than 17 players went to the NFL and more to come under Coach Reed. These players have a relentless drive for excellence and success. So deserving! 🏈🏆
#8 on grant should have some college offers from oregon, washington, usc, notre dame, michigan, lsu, georgia, alabama, ole miss, colorado, etc. Colleges sleeping on this dude. He's a beast.
A good back and forth battle. #7 QB and #8 DE on Grant are underrated players, both really stood out in this game. #2 from Pacifica had 4 tds and only a Sophomore 🤯
Big time. I don’t understand why coaches made this game closer than it needed. They could’ve ran the ball with ease. Especially when up 28-7. Mfrs are hard headed. Almost blew it. Thank God they won it but I don’t understand some people. Especially when it’s 3rd and 3 from the 5 and you go EMPTY. Thats idiotic considering the run game was getting 4-6 a pop.
@haywood0457 Grant running game is gonna be nice the next three years. I didn't realize number 24 was only a freshman. Could be the next Onterrio Smith...
@ yeah he’s nice. Question is will OC properly use it tho lol. They’re young. All their skills were underclassman which is unheard of for a state title winning team.
@@haywood0457 There's a trend going on in CA HS right now. A lot of frosh and soph balling on varsity. Pacifica WR Royster was a soph as well. Pitt. Has 2 frosh receivers that's insane. Of course SJB finished the year with a frosh QB. I think a lot of these guys are super 8 types, so when they hit HS they are turning 16 and thus able to contribute or even dominate at varsity. For example, I wouldn't be surprised to see Pacifica return to a state game

He's heading to San Diego State to play Edge.
@ginobee3585 I know that's trash! He don't got no better option because none of the school I mentioned have offered him a scholarship. They trip'n!
Utah and BYU offered. But the D-Line coach at San Diego State is Jeremiah's cousin....

Two very similar teams, I think Grant had the advantage on the lines.
