Is there any specific percentage requirements for DOV? I heard somewhere that 60% of percentage is compulsory for DOV and CIMEA.

i got email for the pre-enrollment,as I plan to apply for a student visa from Budapest, Europe. I am currently in my final semester and scheduled to graduate on June 30, 2023. However, I would like to apply for the visa before my graduation date.
I would like to inquire if it is necessary to have a degree in hand before applying for a student visa. As I will not have my degree yet, can I attach my last semester transcript to my visa application, just as I did on the application portal?

Naples Federico II is one the those Universities in Italy that accept direct pre-enrollment through Universitaly portal instead pre-application procedure like University of Salerno and other more Universities.
Two days ago applied to Naples Federico II University for MSc Volcanology in the Universitaly portal i will receive the response of acceptance or Rejection till 20 may month But tonight i received a pre-acceptance letter from Messina University. I want to do pre-enrollment for my visa for Messina University. So can i pre-enroll in the Universitaly portal again with the same account for messina University. I heard from my friend that one can once the pre-enrollment in the Universitaly portal or for visa or direct pre-enrollment for University admission.
