Is there realy any point in all this time and expence if less than 40 out of 200 countries have even come close to enacting the agreement from CoP15 two years ago. As I understand it UK has no plan in place so what is the point in the UK government even being at CoP16 if they sign agreement that they have no intension of honouring.

It is very hard to feel positive about the whole thing and positivity is the best we can do as our thoughts are so powerful 😊
