Hello I'm in a appartement with a global heater for the building. I only have access to the digital salus controller. Radiators stop working for me, it's working for some neighbors but not me. I reseted it, I changed batteries, use manual mode to turn up the temperature, but nothing is happening.

Hi,
these controllers that we have, are just like a switch,
they switch something, that something can be a (tap) for hot water,
house or apartment : this is the principle :
[Start]-->- boiler -->-- pumps-->-- (tab)--|||||-->--- back to [Start ]
if your radiators aren't warm, check all,
not easy to explain it here, sorry,
find that something that prevent the radiator to get warm,
Boiler : check
pumps : check
Tap: check
Radiator : check
purge radiators,

Thought this might help with wiring in the receiver into the boiler but this seems different to the one I bought with the same model number?

They function the same way , sure you can make yours working. Boiler has 2 wire for ON OFF .

Hi can you help? So when the settings are set but the heating doesn't come on does that mean the room is already above the set temperature so the heating won't go on?
