BJP has this experience in 2012 of going to polls without BSY in karnataka where they utterly failed.
It's evident that BSY is in to ensure BJP is at least in the range of getting 100+ seats in Karnataka
It might even cross 125+ (seeing the infighting in Congress between Siddaramiah v/s DKS faction). But it is the tale for another time.

@@raghave1043 if BJP is banking on the corrupt Yediyurappa for winning elections, where is its might? Does it not have strong policies and good governance to win over the lingayats? Are the lingayats are so blind that they will go with Yediyurappa even if he is corrupt? What is the purpose of the PM speech on coming down heavily on weeding out corruption? Congress on the other hand, even if you write down and explain to them like they are a 5th std student, why reform is required in their party, they will still stick with the Gandhis and largely leave it's High command intact.

A little explanation for people who are angry over removal of Nitin Gadkari :- I think BJP is bringing people who can help them garner votes in future. For e.g.- Sudha Yadav, widow of Martyr - Can get a important portfolio in 2024 (Can be next CM candidate in Haryana as well); Iqbal Singh Lalpura, former IPS - Can get an important portfolio in 2024; YS Yedurappa -Important leader in case of Karnataka; Sabanand Sonowal- May get important portfolio in 2024, will become important leader from NE India and in case Himanta Sarma is brought to Delhi, he will become CM. Obviously all decisions are taken by Modi-Shah duo, others are either required to win elections or to raise them for future. BJP likes to introduce new faces for top positions from time to time.

That's the reason why most of Government schemes are getting implemented properly. Most of current Government decisions are not their own. Yes, Government do have some idea but it's the officers in to ranks who decide how and when it will be implemented. Nitin Gadkari is the one and only minister left in cabinet with proper education and decent behaviour.
Modi -shah donot tolerate and face educated and knowledgable persons with self respect.

I think it is a good move. Many people within BJP are getting recognition for their good work and growth for their hard work. Growth is important for many. So this is one of giving them growth. Also they are not dumping all the responsibility on one person. By distributing the responsibility they are making people focus on their portfolio or work.

In short, You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain. BJP who wanted Congress to perish is replacing it slowly.

Till when will this Duo keep hold of Party?
I'm shocked how Advani,MM Joshi,Jaswant Singh,Arun Shourie,Yashwant Sinha,Anantha Kumar Arun Jaitley (Despite promoting them but still had differences),Sushma Swaraj, Gopinath Munde, Raman Singh,BS Yeddyurappa (despite in Parl Board).Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Vasundhara Raje,Venkaiaah Naidu (accepting becoming VP & then not even made Prez), Rajnath Singh(Pale Shadow), Sumitra Mahajan,Lalji Tandon,Haren Pathak,Sushil Modi, Ravishankar Prasad, Prakash Javdekar, Shahnawaz Hussain, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi: NONE,Not even RSS Could Do anything to the Top Duo and they Literally Made Whole Party their Own Fiefdom.
And that too in a "Cadre -Based Party".
Only one who could have dealth with this Duo would have been Pramod Mahajan.
    Can Gadkari become VP Singh?
He knows inside what has happened in Party.
Also, in Younger Gen of BJP,only persons with some base of their own are Himanta(Ex Congressi), Yogi(Non RSS mostly just in some pockets), Fadnavis(RSS background)

Bharat is on the rise and Modiji is making that happen. We want this to continue, but I am afraid this may not be the case, if there isn't a corrective action. We have noticed in the recent past that top posts are being given to people who really have no aspiration to be there. They are not as motivated and therefore Modiji is surrounding himself with yeah sayers. As you sideline the aspiring, I fear there will be a revolt at some point. Modiji I sincerely do not want this to be the beginning of the end for you as absolute power corrupts absolutely....and the RSS will have to save the day again...Jai Hind
