- My schedule has been rough lately but the guides are coming, was a bad idea to start with Angel I guess.. more Character guides and beginner guides should be up within this week.

Notations for the Combos:
[ ]= Unchained moves
Run= HCF+K
xx = super cancel
-For her multi-hit moves you need to cancel on the 1st hit
-Combos that involve her "run" you switch sides everytime you do it so the input of the next part has to be done to the other direction. its usually something with an up input though.
-For combos that end with Red Sky (HCB+K), you can replace it with either version of her Real Rave super for more damage

The little tidbits like her 66C being unblockable and the 2D after backdash is very appreciated. A King video would be cool, but I say make videos for whatever characters you know stuff like that about. It's crazy how little information/content there is on this game series on YT compared to other fgs.
Ik enough about majority of the cast, if you’ve played the older games its much easier to know what to look for and what changed.
I can make a similar guide without a script for basically everyone except Heidern, Isla, Chizuru and Antonov as I’ll need to test out/experiment with them more as I only know them on a base level.
The info is out there but scattered in wikis, discords, twitter clips etc.
Labbing and trying stuff out has been all I’ve done in the game so far and I’ve recorded voice over for the guides of like 20 characters, just need to edit them (which takes forever coz I’m trash).

And if you can, please change ABCD -> LP, HP, LK, HK. There are so many new players using keyboard just like me cant understand combos.
I plan on doing as many characters as I can, but the notation will stay as A/B/C/D as thats the universal kof buttons.
Its a notation you’ll have to learn if you want to improve in kof ,talk to others online, read guides and combos from there.
They’ll all use ABCD.

her execution is not that hard youjust gotta pick few combos from the internet and memorize it thats why she's the hardest character in the game if you have a good memory you should do fine
I've heard her described many times as a Tekken character trapped in KOF, and once I actually looked at her list in game that's so true. Why she's hard in KOF seems to be exactly why people bounce off of Tekken at first, but personally I find it really refreshing to memorize and string together multiple simple inputs than to memorize a couple complicated ones.
Yeah if you understand her unchained moves her combos are not too crazy, thats why I put practical combos here to show that combos are not the hard part with Angel.
Her difficulty is from playing neutral and getting in against other characters, as everyone else has better buttons, better zoning, better defensive options.

For combos there are a lot of people that made good videos for them, here i only wanted to show simple ones. The recipe are in the description, just not on the video..

I am loving this character but what's killing me is getting her punch super to come out consistently
Its an annoying input yeah, the way I do it is I hold back like I'm charging then do a dp.

Just wondering if you have any shortcut for her special ⬅️➡️↙️➡️ if that make sense, I can do it raw but it's really tricky to do it in combo 🤦.
No shortcut sadly, its just a back then Shoryuken input. You have to practice it and get used to it.

at 11:51 what is happening. Like he presses jump light punch in some kind of kick which is suppose to be a double overhead, but no matter what i do, after the jump light punch connects, i can cancel into any type of kick?
Jump light punch into jump down+heavy kick, you can only do it from a high jump (cant do it from hops)

Hi I am an angel main and I only have one problem that I can't entirely find an easy fix to and that is after her unblockable punch to end some of my combos I try to cash out with super and I get command grab without me even doing parts of the motion. Please how do I stop this move from coming out please I'm desperate fellow angel players ;-;.
The grab is hcf, the super is b into dp motion.
For the super do it as b into f, then qcf.
I’m not home atm but this should make sure the grab doesnt come out.
If the grab comes out its probably coz you hit db during the super’s input (b db d df) so it takes it as you trying to do a hcf but missed the b input.
So your solution is either make sure you dont hit db, or make sure you end the input at df (dont hit f at the end).

Her haymaker is unblockable.
But someone can tactical roll out of it.
Well yeah you can roll or do an invincible move to stuff it, shatter strike or in alot of cases you can just jab to interrupt her.
Its just that you cant block it.

My opponent rolled out of it.
And one time I was using kusanagi in
Vanilla kof 02 and got massacred by the cpu angel .

Homie.. if its in the middle it means that whats on screen isnt relevant to what I’m talking about (eg: a failed combo attempt, a botched attempt of whatever i was supposed to show)
