43d Annual RVA Train Show 2020 HD

When the Science Museum of Virginia announced that they would open it's doors to families and rail-fans for a sponsored Train Show in 2020, the Silver Rail Club was glad to hear the news! Through some creative marketing and ticket sales with timed admission, limited groups of people were able to safely attend the event amidst the presence of the year-long pandemic. It was a well attended event, and everyone enjoyed the displays set up by the many model railroad clubs in the area. The SRC was quite busy, and our trains ran flawlessly during through the 3 day show! Our newest members, Chris and his son R.J. made a really awesome 3-level layout of the Isle of Sodor. It featured Thomas the tank engine and his many friends with many great looking details that were fun to find! Our Active-Motorama was, well, quite active! Cars raced through our detailed town while trains from various well known railroads sped on by! This is our longest video yet, and captures so much of the action of what went on at our display during the 3 day show.
