VGP Park Nijmegen, the Netherlands

VGP Park Nijmegen, part of Park15 Logistics, has a prime location directly on the A15 and near the German border. Situated in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, it is one of the small number locations in the central and eastern part of the Netherlands where large-scale logistics and distribution centres can be developed and built. After more than 200,000 m2 has already been completely leased out at the park, further developments with a gross lettable area of 150,000 m2 are planned. The park is being developed in accordance with the latest sustainability standards, presenting many eco-efficient features, and an impressive solar installation on its roofs.
