Thanks for the video. I got this right, but the colour was the issue for me. I really don't know why it changed it to blue. What are the factors of the colour changes? Your own components changed to white, which is the inverse of black, but mine is gold and some other greyish elements.
I followed the steps but the output have issue- while hovering it did change state to hover variant but it stays rather then going back to Default state. please guide what to do. because now after hovering all over screen it turns into hover state variant.

Basically all it is; Circles put together in a grid very closely and their size changes by hover. Then to add more visual effect we put 2 layers of rectangles over the whole frame and play around with their Layer Options. Sorry for bad explanation
