Wow. Thank you. My husband and I do not like realtors because of these games they play. My realtor tried to up me on price! I was so mad because my husband and I are not ignorant. Unfortunately we discovered a home with her prior to knowing she was going to be so obsurd and work for the seller vs us as her buyers for additional money.

Building inspector never tell the truth . Better ask builder friend inspection the property .
