    My Hi-Power shoots fine.
I'd love to see a live fire comparison of buffered and unbuffered configurations for muzzle flip, filmed from the profile.

Put one of these in every HP I own. They are a terrific upgrade and well worth the price. Nicely done Mark.

I love your tutorials. Many of the things that you touch on are things that I have tried to teach people for decades myself. I have been teaching people to shoot since 1970 in some form or faction of the shooting Arts.
I carried a revolver as my primary weapon 98% of the time a 357 Magnum 4 inch revolver. But during that time I was teaching a good amount of police officers how to transition from a revolver to a semi-auto. Many of them being the Michigan State Police because in the late 80s and early 90s they finally were allowed to carry semi-autos and they would buy their own. One of the first things I learned was to tell those that bought a Beretta to take it back and trade it for a firearm that does not have a hammer drop because when you properly put your hand on the top of a slide, with your finger and thumb towards the back of the slide in order to rack the slide by using your arm strength instead of slingshotting it by using just your index finger and thumb, you are likely to disable that firearm. It has the worst placement for a device that renders the firearm useless on a firearm that you need to either defend yourself with or be in action with as an enforcement officer.
I also found that when women, who were usually weaker or older people, when I taught them that method they were more than capable of racking the slide on any firearm I had run into. Because they still had the requisite arm strength to rack the slide but they were stuck on that stupid shot method which is not the proper way to operate a slide for any reason. It's also why I don't understand the move to the optic on top of the slide. It gets in the way of properly operating the slide. I'd also like to point out that in 99% of gunfights are close enough that if you have done your practice properly, that the sites being within your vision will get hits on the protagonist. I couldn't count the number of times I had to tell these officers that holes in the air will not suffocate the actor. I would even put two rounds into the magazine on their gun. And they would complain that that's why they have a gun with that many shots. And I had to point out to them that the average number of shots fired in any gunfight is 1.2 shots between both parties. If the gunfight isn't on its way to being over by the time you fired a second shot, you have more than likely lost that gun fight. But that's a story for another day. Would you do a tutorial on the proper racking of the slide using arm strength. It will be useful for everyone who watches it.

I have had a buffering guide rod from Springco for my C series High Power for almost 20 years (so I'm not in the market), and I have both metric and imperial hex key sets. So this doesn't affect me, but... given the cost of this custom gun part and the cost of single hex keys when purchased in bulk... why don't you include the appropriate hex key with the remainder of the parts?
Just asking, because just about everything I buy these days where allen keys are required for assembly/use, the manufacturer provides one of each hex key size required. So much so that I have a little container on my bench full of all the hex keys I've accumulated with purchases over the last 20 years or so.
For tightening/disassembly, a wrap of emery paper around the tube (grit side in) will allow you to grip the tube with pliers without slipping while you tighten or loosen with the hex key. The emory paper prevents the pliers (or vice if you're careful not to crush the tube) from marring the outside of the tube.

I see the threaded barrel on your website, do you have any recommendations for hp compensators that look cool? I know the 1911 has some.

What happens to our new spring at 250 degrees F when/if we need to go back and change to a different spring? Is it ruined by the heat? Have you tested it post heating?

I have a Kareen MK 3 and when I rack the slide like half way it feels like there is a hiccup like if something sliding a bit too tight but not tight enough to prevent it from racking it feels like if something needs to be sanded down for it to be smooth all the way I thought it was the spring and guide rod kinking a bit but I removed them and put the slide back by itself and it’s still doing it I have no experience with high powers or clones so if anyone has any ideas please help.

Will this work in a SA-35?

Does this buffering system extend the life of the firearm? I mean, since the frame isn't being slammed so hard by the slide? Seems like the chances of frame cracking would be reduced.

The problem is racking the side with the hammer down, chamber empty. It’s nearly impossible.

I can't think of a situation where that operation is required....simply click the hammer prior to racking
