Thankyou Pastor!!! I and my siblings, we all have that problem of fulling venting out our anger. May God deliver us from this sin and foolishness and lack of self control.
The God who answered me in my distress!

There is so much wisdom in the words of God and so much good mankind can learn and benefit from if we listen to and apply God's words.

This passage is difficult for me to accept, but the way you expound on everything that was really at stake helps me to accept what grace really means, as well as responsibility.

Just because a person is free from the penalty of sin(Hell), doesn’t mean they will escape the earthly consequences of sin.

My experience with what I would consider righteous anger would be when my older sister in text wrote 'god' and I corrected her and said 'God' and she rebuttals with, "Do you think god really cares about capital letters" I was so upset I just didn't answer her and she hasn't spoken to me since regardless of my trying to.

I add that my opinion is, God wouldn't have used capitalization to his name in so many accounts to not care. It is a part of his divine nature. He set himself apart from himself in the Son and the Spirit so He could maintain his divine nature. Thus through the Trinity we can learn by Him who is God and divine, Him who is God whom conquered this Earth without his divinity; and His divine Spirit who is He in all places, at all times.

    A couple things.
Jacob/Israel waited for his sons, his sons are the ones that made the agreement. The mass killing “may have” been excessive but if they had just killed the one guy, would the rest of the people not had immediately retaliated, because it was stated his whole family was there and they couldn’t rapidly get away from Leban, how could they rapidly get away from this family. Jacob was only worried about his reputation. He waited on his sons did not ask God to intervene. Jacob was worried about worldly pagans thoughts about him. God works out Everything for His purpose.

I think Jacob waited on son's because of the leg. It's messed up with Dinah. He had a messed up thigh area from wrestling with God? Kinda not a hero. ?

I didnt know that bible story ❤🎉 but I do not agree Jesus shows that RIGHT anger withheld is an illness taking up boxing or crying or praying heals anger . IT IS BETTER TO VENT ANGER THAN KEEP IT
