Great video Chrishya. Thank you for sharing this very complete and comprehensive video on the Birkin 25. I hope to be able to buy one one day. A holy grail bag to be sure. Hello my dear!😘 Thank you for your message! If I would have to pick one bag and my first bag, I would still pick the Kelly 25 just because it’s easier to wear for everyday since it has the long strap. Hope this helps:)

I heard from others that there's nowhere to put the B25 when you're washing your hands in a public restroom? like the counter is dirty / wet so people don't put the B25 on there and it doesn't fit over people's wrists? Did that ever happen to you
Good point actually, I'm curious to see what everyone does
Carry a small pack of napkins in the bag or grab a paper towel and dry the countertop real quick before you set it down. Or place the bag on top of dry paper towels
Put it between your knees
It does fit people with small wrists/arms they can crook this bag with no issue. I am one of those who can crook B25 on my arm.
I usually lay down a piece of paper towel first and then set my bag on it. Sometimes I’ll just set it on the counter the feet protect the leather from being wet :)

Hi! I’m curious, if you were to chose in between Birkin 25 and Kelly 25, what would you go for? I’m trying to decide for my first Hermes bag, but I find it almost impossible 😂 I also can’t decide in between Gold and Etoupe. I guess I’ll need to get both someday 😅

As for the color I would say Etoupe 100%! It goes it every item you could think of wearing, Gold is not as versatile as it’s brown.

Hermes will probably decide for you unless you go in reseller market. In my case, i had a wishlist and i got my kelly but if i was offered a birkin and i liked the color, i wouldve bought it anyway😅
@@Vanessa_LYes, it is bizarre situation like me. I put a wish-list for Kelly25/28, but I was then offered B30 and B25 respectively. Perhaps Kelly is more popular on everyone wish list or something. That everyone seem to get more of Birkins.

The white marks are called spew, which refers to the migration of fats/oils from within the leather that crystallize on the surface when they meet the air. Fat melts when heated, so does fat spew. Use a hair dryer to heat the leather, the milky film will disappear as the fat spew melts and is reabsorbed by the leather.

I believe the white dots are oil. I think you can get rid of them by blowing them gently with a hairdryer so they absorb back into the leather

Yes that’s true, but when I did this video I don’t think it was out yet, and if it was because the B20 only comes in exotic leathers I guess I didn’t think of mentioning it😂
