I always find interesting "what are your strenghts" and "what are your weaknesses". It makes me reflect a lot on myself!

So, im quite afraid of interviews and it even took me a bit to watch this 😂
And im overthinking - why do you type that much, plus write down - is that all abt my answers? - doesnt "unique" mean "special" (good or bad) - how honest is good honest - 90% job safe? Im not qualified - etc etc 😅
• That one question reminded me of a nice little song called "5 years time" by Noah and the whale.
(But other than that i never knew how to answer that question.)

• also interesting question: how do you want to work, office, with people etc
For training, i think this is awesome - its not only standard questions but things to think about!
And: somehow I like to think this is similiar to your real job 😊
I couldn’t do this as a job, I think lots of people get nervous at interview. I prefer to relax people rather than stress them out!

I have heard it said that interviews are nervous experiences but personally I don't see why it is a experience that you should worry about or feel uncomfortable
