Rolling, Rolling, Rolling, All your fields need rolling, Grass field has never been rolled, Field info always say to roll it. Losing yield by not rolling. Just a reminder - don't forget to roll the fields.
Your mini map would be helpful in helping you keep track of where you sprayed with precision mod turned on. Helps with spreading lime also. It does change real time
There's a cheap 'Toolbox' mod you can keep on the farm and use it to configure your machines, save going back and forth to the shop until you get a workshop
If you will lower the weight, it will lower your center of gravity and there will be less bouncing all around and better balance when you have a load on the forks.
man this combine brings back memories from fs13. starting out on westbridge hills. they give you this combine to harvest a huge field. took me a hour or more.
Hello daggerwin. So just a thought there is the John deere seeder that you had on the previous survival let's play. It's like 2 meters wider and is like 6 thousand I think
@@AnimeFan-ot7bu or wants to use something else. That JD seeder is a bit of a game changer. With it you can add 2 others and its basically the last drill ya need to buy. Lol bloody good drill though. Little odd to handle when pulling 3 or more though.
Hi daggerwin, I had a suggestion an thought I would share it, what if you purchase a Wheeled skid steer to change it up a bit, because you have had a wheel loader, forklifts, and many telehandlers, just to change it up a bit.
Storage of grain in a warm dark (and damp) place is what they do in breweries to start the brewing process. It can also make the grain sprout new growth, redering the grain useless to sell. The lights in season of the flying insects will not only attract the insects but also there preditors. So expect bats and owls at night and various raptors and large insects in the day. For the cost of the lights you could have baught a clean water source for the greenhouse and syrup production. FS19 prices = Standpipe 1500, free water, Water stations (water tanks up in the air) 20k, 10k and 5k free water, Wind pump 17000 free water, hydrant 500 not free water, ground water tank 5000. Free water. From the various Inclosure acts in the UK fields wherever sited tend to have at least one straight side which gives the land worker a datum to work from. On this game there tends to be a free spirit in the deisgn of the farm with no datum lines leading to crop loss due to the crop boundary being crossed by the next door crop equipment, over use of fertiliser, seed and fuel. Using the helper function can actualy save money as it does not deviate from straight up and down.(or left to right) And you can get more done in the limited time.
That was a pretty good trailer though. Yes a new seeder would be nice, combined seed and fert would save you time and money. You should check the used marked first before trying to cheese a way to cheap one off mods. But of curse if you find one a couple of Meters wider with fert to a fair price...
@14:18 Daggerwin makes a complaint about not being able to see where he needs to apply fertilizer, ( I thought that was a major decision of why Precision Farming was added ). He does have the mini map available. I understand there's a very slight visual change on the field , barely noticeable on dense crops. Which is why after harvesting you should Lime, Fertilize, Cultivate Then fertilize again before seeding. As you can Fertilize after the field has gone through a condition change or growth. I do Love your videos @Daggerwin.
With seasons off theres also a mod in modhub called fixed crop prices so you dont have seasonal variation with prices either. It means the price will always be at best price though so im not sure if thats what you would want on a survival challenge. but it would fit with having seasonal growth off
When you started doing the seeding jumping rows.... All I heard was a voice like caleb's from Clarkson farm going "you've made a right mess of that, your tramlines are all over the place....."
You don't have to postpone the greenhouse upgrade Daggerwin, There is another greenhouse mod (Greenhouse with seeds and fertilizer) It uses Seeds, fertilizer and or manure. You have two sets of production runs giving you two options for each produce item. One set uses Water-Seeds-Fertilizer the other set uses Water-Seeds-Manure, not sure if you can run both sets together because I only run the water seeds fertilizer recipe and have not tried. Also have you considered running all the grow recipes in your greenhouse, I've heard a lot of people say that one thing makes more than the other but they roughly make around the same amount when you take into account both sale price and output per cycle cycle.
Would it be an idea to look at getting a grain silo so you can store your grain. That way you will free up your trailer and also if your gunna do a lot of pallet products please can you put them under shelter
You need a bigger combine first. If you buy the land first you'll be stuck harvesting it with this tiny red one. Bigger combine first then you harvest quicker make money faster and get land likely faster too.
It's silly that you put water into the syrup shack. Literally what you do is reduce the sap down by boiling it. It should be taking wood or some other combustable.
Hey Daggerwin I posted on your Facebook page, there is a newish mod on tht official mod hub that might be of use to the survival series. It has some pretty nice harvesters that might be an upgrade for you as low as 17k. So anyway I just wanted to let you know since It does not look like your FB page sees much use. Greet episode as always Dw, really enjoy all your series even if I don't comment often 🙂
Mr daggerwin your front loader on the massy is like 2 sizes to big as it’s almost the same length as the tractor itself.. the 4 or 5m front loader would be more suited for it size wise.. which would also allow for more control as the carried load on the forks would be closer to the tractor
I thought that if you used auto with Precision Farming that it wouldn't use any fertilizer if not needed so it shouldn't matter if you go over parts you already sprayed using this mod cause you can never waste fertilizer now.
Just wondering how many in game years/months this series is up to now? Just thought it would be interesting to see the timeframe compared to progression. I'm aware the month is irrelevant just curious.
Hey Daggerwin, just thought I’d give you a handy tip when spraying, Precision farming shows the nitrogen and ph values on the mini map to help see where you have and haven’t been. It helps heaps without GPS!
You haven't got much land, you don't need a bigger drill, same with the combine. Us viewers like to see the smaller equipment working. Far better to concentrate on things you will actually need.
Rolling, Rolling, Rolling,
All your fields need rolling,
Grass field has never been rolled,
Field info always say to roll it.
Losing yield by not rolling.
Just a reminder - don't forget to roll the fields.
Also no mulching
Now that you have canola in you should get some bees to help with yield and income from honey
Yeah I’m pretty sure he has that mod on the Haut Beyleron series
If you will lower the weight, it will lower your center of gravity and there will be less bouncing all around and better balance when you have a load on the forks.
You coudl by the john deere 8350 box drill for 6000 pounds
You should add a silo to the yard so you can wait until peak price
Yeah if it’s possible to get the pack from the no man’s land it has super cheap silos and buildings.
Theres a john deere seeder, the 8350 costs 6000 and has a working width of 5.2m and can be connected in multiple. Great video. Keep up the good work.
man this combine brings back memories from fs13. starting out on westbridge hills. they give you this combine to harvest a huge field. took me a hour or more.
Hello daggerwin. So just a thought there is the John deere seeder that you had on the previous survival let's play. It's like 2 meters wider and is like 6 thousand I think
Yea and it’s a direct drill too i commented that last episode but i guess he didn’t see it
@@AnimeFan-ot7bu or wants to use something else. That JD seeder is a bit of a game changer. With it you can add 2 others and its basically the last drill ya need to buy. Lol bloody good drill though. Little odd to handle when pulling 3 or more though.
Have a beautiful day to everybody
To see where you have and haven’t been just open the mini map because you have precision farming!!!
Hi daggerwin, I had a suggestion an thought I would share it, what if you purchase a Wheeled skid steer to change it up a bit, because you have had a wheel loader, forklifts, and many telehandlers, just to change it up a bit.
Case combine on mod hub can easily use a 28ft header and is less than 70k also has a 12000L grain tank
That's what I use for my low yield crops like beans and oil seed rape. 👍
Your frontloader is way too big, at least 2 sizes, ignore the HP reqirement and please
change it. It will improve ballance immensely.
It's like clowns' feet, comedic value.
Way to big and not realistic🤣🤣 it was triggering me so much🤣🤣🤣
For the seed drill there is Köckerling Jockey 600 which cost 44,000 for 6m and i think it's a dirrect drill
Yes that one, its pretty good one

get some mates
The maple syrup is a steady income. Sell whenever you have some, then you can soon buy another plot. Cash is king Daggerwin.
With precision farming the minimap will show what parts you have fertilized.
He know that he uses it often
I vote for more grasswork.
And more silage work as there's money there for your expansion
Doggowin’s meandering adventures never fail to crack me up!
Hi Daggerwin would be great in the future to see how the greenhouse works with Manure. Thumbs up on this episode!
That was a pretty good trailer though. Yes a new seeder would be nice, combined seed and fert would save you time and money. You should check the used marked first before trying to cheese a way to cheap one off mods. But of curse if you find one a couple of Meters wider with fert to a fair price...
John Deere 8350
By: ARM-Team
the inner lawnmower in me appreciates when you block a field seeding and complete it by driving in squares. Thank you lol.

The new trailer looks like a good one. Great idea keeping the little, then you can store some crop too. Nice harvest!
Hey Dagger, just turn on mini map and than you can see where you have been😁👍👍great vid as always
You can get greenhouses that use fertilizer. Maybe buy that and use fertilizer then swap to manure when you are ready.
So glad that thing finally got some more power!
I saw one Fahr combine in southern Germany. Was quite funny to see one of the older ones in real-life outside of a museum...
With seasons off theres also a mod in modhub called fixed crop prices so you dont have seasonal variation with prices either. It means the price will always be at best price though so im not sure if thats what you would want on a survival challenge. but it would fit with having seasonal growth off
If you are going to start storage grain and crops for later selling you should get the solo next. Even if it is a cheap small one for now.
@@jimclements3190 I think he'll want something small like 100k or so. He doesn't like mods that seems to OP for the price.
The combine is the most important thing to have in the shed leave the rake outside instead 😁
2 things about your playthou's, I love binge watching them but i hate waiting to let enough to build up to binge. Great Job as always!
You can add the New outhouse. Its $500 put straw in it and get manure out. Problem is it's slow
"Done a lot of grasswork" I chuckled, one harvest of my grass field returns me over a million pounds. 😏
You could get bees and it will improve your crop and give honey more income
Grab the JD 8350 box drill off modhub, it’s inexpensive it’s a 6m working width
If you have too much grass then you should mulch it so it fertilizes the field
I have to get this entire 1/4 acre field drilled in one go...Quite the challenge...SQUIRREL!
When you started doing the seeding jumping rows.... All I heard was a voice like caleb's from Clarkson farm going "you've made a right mess of that, your tramlines are all over the place....."
Get the 8000 series John Deere box drills to get a wider working width for cheap.
Daggerwin, when we have fields too big for our combine to go around we cut the fields in half. It will save you time
We used nitrogen fertilizer in real life because the solid fertilizer prices are really expensive its quite decent
Had trouble finding this video as the survival playlist stops at ep32. Makes my binge watching a bit more of a faf

Hey daggerwin I hope your doing well, I have a question I was wondering when you hit 1 million subscribers if you could maybe do a setup tour?
Dagger I love this series
You need a bigger combine first. If you buy the land first you'll be stuck harvesting it with this tiny red one. Bigger combine first then you harvest quicker make money faster and get land likely faster too.
Whoops; you spent $2000 changing the colour of the new trailer to pretty much the same as default. Another great ep as always mate.
Love the blue wagon. Good buy.
may be a bit pricy but the John Deere 1590 No Till Drill is worth looking into
If you plant two maybe three more rows of grass where the cultivator slips you would have a cleaner edges and it won’t do that anymore
Pls more video like dis
It's silly that you put water into the syrup shack. Literally what you do is reduce the sap down by boiling it. It should be taking wood or some other combustable.
Also you get all the sap in 1 month of year usually
Yay! Another episode!
i saw that combine at a tractor show last weekend it was tatty and well used
ARM modding's JD 8350 grain drill should be on the modhub last I knew, 6m width, direct drill, fertilizing seeder
I'm gonna take a W.A.G and say 15 straw bales (W.a.g. Wild Ass Guess)
Giant should make it so that the player has 4 play mode. Where the last number 4 is Zero money and no equipment.
Hey daggerwin
The seeder Köckerling Jockey 600 to 44000 is also an idea
Hey Daggerwin I posted on your Facebook page, there is a newish mod on tht official mod hub that might be of use to the survival series. Buy the john Deere 8350 seeder

You should feed the dog!
There are some more modern combines in mod hub in the 100k range
Daggerwin you should get the John Deere 1590 no till drill on mod hub it is 45k though great video
Prioritize the harvester before the land because the next a harvester is only 75,000
Great episode
I remember you had a trailer like the Marston on New Mand's Land.
It is the exact same one
I thought that if you used auto with Precision Farming that it wouldn't use any fertilizer if not needed so it shouldn't matter if you go over parts you already sprayed using this mod cause you can never waste fertilizer now.
john deere 8350 is only 6000 pounds and its on the mod hub and i think its the same one that you used in survival challenge 1 in fs19
Yea it is
You could get chicken with that grain
It took me like 25 episodes to realize he was saying “Virtual Daggerwin”… I thought he was saying Virgil Dagwin
I had a small combine in my own survival series until the fendt (biggest one) was on sale in the shop 60% off so i treated myself :)
Just wondering how many in game years/months this series is up to now? Just thought it would be interesting to see the timeframe compared to progression. I'm aware the month is irrelevant just curious.
Dagg there are some pretty decent sized planters on mod hub that are much much bigger then your drill and not very expensive
Take a loan out from the bank and then take that get that trailer
He cant
The John deer seeder you had in the first series is on mod hub
Get the Köckerling Jockey 600, 44000£. 6 m direct drill.
New drill be good but I wouldn’t get the John Deere drill off season 1 of survival mix it up look for something different
you should get a silo
Hey you have milk by the cow pasture. Wonder how much you could sell that for.
"we've come this fahr"
Keep up the good work! Btw, can you tell me the name of the song @24:00 ?
Great video dagg
Two grate new harvester is the CaseIH Axial-Flow series. its only 62k and from 7000L to 12 000L.
Its a farm silo for 11 garand in the bavan farm pack
There is discount concrete so could just build it yourself say it's $5 a bag so for $ 2500 you have 10 meter tall silo.

@@jimclements3190 But I still love him!!
I do forget if it's a seeder or a planter, it could be both, but there's one in the Kubota implement DLC pack that's 4m.
i miss the john deer
Hey, i was wondering if you could try out a new Norwegian map called Rennebu. It is a really nice place👍
Can we have a kubota next ?
Their is a seeder on king mods called the Gil Airsem 6040 it’s 6m and $17000
Bring back Dennis!!!
