Toujours exceptionnel à observer ! Merci pour la captation. La sensation de poids qui pèse sur ses Ukés est incroyable.
The spirit of Aïkido is present here. It is a demonstration, not an actual fight, so don't disparage the skilled old man.
Beautiful Aikido. Ai - Ki - Do. He is love which is the most valuable virtue.
Beautiful!
Gracias por permitirme ver esta presentación de Aikido. Saludos desde Argentina
以前に増して受けが気を使っている。忖度の合気道。もう足が動かないでヨレヨレだ。
it's absurd
I don't find these kind of Aikido demonstration useful or good
It’s good in a sense that it shows how old and young ppl can practice together. We don’t see much old ppl demonstrating in other martial arts right?
At age +70 you probably can’t take much break falls, so your partner can’t throw you. If you still want ppl to practice with, you better be skilled and have accumulated enough respect by helping ppl over the years.
This is the same as real life, if you are old, broke, have not helped anyone nor have anything to offer, no one will care about you.
Completely different from Steven Seagal's dynamic aikido...as a form of dance can be considered.
Maybe it's time for him to retire...
There is no retirement from budo
