I used to tell friends about Glover, about how he’s got so much more motion in the live performances than on the studio tracks. It is SO on-point, exactly what was needed in that band. He and Paice were as good a rhythm section as has ever been in the genre.
Absolutely. I always think Glover never got the credit he deserved because of the early Purple mixes. Always too low in the mix. Great player and a great songwriter.
It’s kind of a give and take thing. Sometimes you can isolate the track completely, but then the quality of the audio suffers. Or, you can isolate not 100% perfectly and then keep the quality of the audio. Hope that makes sense. Lol🤘🏻
Deep Purple's rhythm section was phenomenal.
I' m absolutely fan of Roger Glover . My favourite bass player.

?Still hear a tad of Lordy in the background. But how are you getting this? Can't be freuency isolation or amplitude isolation. Or is it?

Do the guitar on this if you have't yet.
