This isn't just a problem in females. As a young girl, I know how serious this stuff is. And boys go through it too. Body image problems know no gender.
I know how this feels too, my uncle has been overweight for a long time and he always saw himself as a thin man he was when he was younger. In the summer of 2022 he started his weight loss journey after the doctor put him on different target weights, he’s been doing so good on his weight loss journey for his age as my uncle is now in his mid or late 70’s
@@samvetter843 well I eat A LOT and i still lose weight somehow, but I guess it's because I have a sweating "disorder" and I heard sweating makes you lose weight
@JaseRowan and I'll eat barely anything and gain 6kg 😢. I'm constantly worried about being good enough. I'm a dancer and I see all these super thin and beautiful people, I feel like an elephant sometimes.

You’re so right. I stressed my parents out because I’m young to weight gain. I gained weight since the pandemic during covid.

@@bravedigger4405 after watching this video it seems that he thinks he's overweight in the mirror but then he realizes he got too much exercise I guess it's true that it's unhealthy to be lazy but at the same time spending so much hours exercising

When I see myself in some other Photo/Film and lens of a camera adds 10 lbs into it, I also see myself all different like it’s everything real on me how insecure I felt like. but even a mirror/selfie it makes me look well defined as confident. Idk why how weird it is, fuck that. 😢
I am with Caillou. I am prolly average body or overweight but I think I am 5’7 of 5’6 in a half and 130 pounds I think and always trying to losing weight. I gained weight since Covid in the pandemic. It’s hard to loose weight. I kept stressing my parents about it and kept saying that I’m skinny but even tho I had a big stomach and a lil flabby arm. I’m not too overweight but yea. My body is an small side but a much weight. I kept skipping food and I was like “forget it” and keep eating unhealthy things 😔
