Royal Rumble idea: Start with all the wrestlers at the lowest level. Whatever is left look into the next lowest level. I f it goes over 30 then those remaining spots will go to the HIGHEST level. I would leave you to determine the remaining spots, if necessary. I would fantasize the Vybers being in it as well.
