Thanks for the tutorial. Some pretty crucial steps were skipped here but I was able to figure it out - posting to hopefully help anyone else trying this. When you're building your icon shapes or whatever you plan on being revealed from the scroll, you need to put them overtop of a square with a white fill (match the size of your square artboard) in Illustrator (or whatever design software you're using) and then use the Pathfinder Tool to "minus front" in order to create a white square with the holes "punched out of it" that way you're left with a white square with transparencies in the shapes of your icons, to be filled w/ your scrolling background color. If you don't add a white square to your default white artboard, the whole SVG you export will be transparent and it'll do nothing on your site - or the program may not even bother exporting it at all. **Also make sure to use **SQUARE ARTBOARDS** because Wix does not like SVGs that aren't perfect squares. I tried with rectangles first and it didn't work.**
