I have an idea for part 2. If Mittens were to get infected by a secretly cultivated organization cat and they force him/her to live his life as a girl under there supervision with a good sum of compensation and benefits due to which her parents agreed. And also because of the drug he starts getting younger until she reaches a age of 10 or so making him the younger sister 😀.
