Just very recently lets say about few months ago the moment i watched this song, it made me curious to watch the movie as well since i don't watch Indians songs or movies. Something about this song gave me an emotional vibe about Hrithik Roshan. It made me feel so emotional that i kinda fell in love with the song and entire movie. I'd googled to find out on why I'd fell such strong vibes and emotions. I really didn't know Hrithik Roshan by then but this song and movie had given me a feel and a message revealing about his true self. As I found out from google that he'd under gone mental health issues and hardships during his childhood days I began to realise that must've been the reason for having such strong emotions towards him since then and became a die hard fan of him too. The lady had lost her love back in India as her boyfriend 'Rohit' was killed by her father who is a criminal; because Rohit saw him commiting the crime. This fact is unknown to her until the end of movie at final climax. Now to get away from the loss and trauma she goes to London to visit her cousin. They both go to a club party and here is Raj (her cousin's friend) who is a good dancer and is also a Lookalike of Rohit... and this is why the lady gets shocked and goes through his Purse to see his ID. She leaves from there in a shock and comes back at her cousin's place where she is currently staying and rechecks the photo of Rohit that she brought with her as his last memory. This is the reason she is shocked and speechless in this whole sequence.
