You are the best pathologist ever, thank you very much, my pathology teacher somehow missed to mention the criteria needed to diagnose acute appendicitis but thanks to you i can diagnose it too THANKS!
Very information and clear explanation video. Thank you very much for upoloading as this is very useful for medical science students. Thank you once again :-)
This is truly the very best question I have ever been asked in 13 years, and it proves your intellectual honesty. If you cant see lobes, you cant certify neutrophils!!! I personally asked this same question (to myself) for MANY YEARS!!! But the answer is, if you see infiltrates of inflammatory cells that have adequate cytoplasm, they are most likely neutrophils, even if you cant see lobes of the nuclei. If the infiltrating cell have very scant cytoplasm, and everything therefore looks blue, they are most likely, lymphocytes!
in the 3:20 you've that those cells are neutrophils , how did you know ? was it because of the color of the stain ? or by the morphology ? at this magnification how can we reconize a neutrophil from plasmocyst from a lymphocyt ...ect my question is long and my english is little bit poor excuse me for that. greatings from a fan.
