- Black Bears have a BRAND NEW Drink Time, or they WILL, once the update drops on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 on ALL 3 PLATFORMS in The Hunter Call of the Wild! Today we are playing in EARLY ACCESS, thank you EW!!! Today we will be grinding Black Bears in their new drink time in Silver Ridge Peaks after shooting them OUT of their evening drink time! We are grinding them with the new Arzyna .300 Mag Tactical and fighting off Rocky Mountain Elk who they will now be sharing a drink time and zones with! It's definitely going to be VERY interesting!!!

Black bear drinking in the day time is very much the thing I’m most looking forward to I gave up on my BB grind because I hated hunting at night so I’m very excited to get back to this grind

Hi Lady hope your well. A bit of advice plz, I shot all my Males from the old time then have run around and found the zones for the new time. I started my Grind by trying to switch my Females on my Shooting Zones but the Bears went all over the map to Lakes I hadn’t shot them from. I ran the entire map again and haven’t picked up any new Zones and worried about starting my grind in case all my Bears keep moving to over Lakes, Any advice in what to do next? Thanks

Hey Lady, question maybe you can help with. I shot a solo black bear. His zone stayed, but it also still says 20:00-0:00 on the poi icon for the zone. Any advice?
I might get it for Moose . Like like the new drink time, I never ground them because of night so didn't have many bear drink zones, so going to find all my new daytime bears first now.
well I've shot alot of elk at new times lol. My previous issue was a not very good spawn at my old shooting lakes for bear. To move them over to the new time is going to be a struggle. Lots of bear exterior lakes at old times.
I would love to see new grind for black bear and maybe even streaming some of the herd management

I just have a question abt this. So you have to wipe out all the bear zones on those lakes, and then change the time to the new and they’ll show up? Also do u shoot every single bear at those zones and the zone doesn’t wipe out?

I want to start my very first GO grind for black bear, should I grind for cash first to get the money for 16 tents & tripods or should I just setup each lake (with drink zones) one at a time?
Lady you keep mentioning in your last couple videos how the 300 AR has more penetration, I need help understanding because the ammo is what determines the penetration if I'm correct or is there something missing with the rifles that I don't understand ? The only thing I'm looking forward to is the aim being corrected but it doesn't seem that anyone has tested it. I do enjoy your videos

I am confused on need zones. I've watched you videos but still am a tad lost.
Also, how does the population resets work? I made the mistake and wiped out herds.

just updated, about an hour ago, only two gripes, they can take that delayed bullet drop out and revert back to how bullets dropped pre update...and 2 The friggin DLC store is DOWN so I can't even buy the new weapon pack...sheesh.
just a question if you blow the zones out (to get rid of elks) and it doesnt affect bears, but help you with Elks. Why u shooting from shooting structures? Wouldnt it be better not to shoot from hide so u keep respawning elk zones?

Question I wanted to start any first grind and I shot the females before I saw this now I’m getting a bunch of the at tge mains what do I do😢
I was looking for my whitetale zones in rev and i found a diamond brown bear
When shooting merriam turkeys do u just shoot the 2 males or all of them including the 4 females.
I shoot all of them but idk if that does make it respawn.
You only need to shoot the biggest males

I had a thought while doing this setup…what IF you shoot all big level males at night and get only those to spawn at 4-8 drink times then move them to the 4 lakes? That way we don’t even have to deal with females and low males?🤔 i can’t test this now but i have confirmed only the ones you shoot spawn to new drink times.
That’s what I did

Yes you'll have to discover them at night, shoot them and they'll move to the morning drink time
Congrats on you resent bear and you can shoot a elk with the 22 nothing will spook but the rest of the elk will walk away
I'm super happy about his I'm on #4 bear grind and this will make it a lot more fun
Edit: I’ve learned by shooting down your exterior lakes bigger bears and more 9s will show up at internals Took me a while but all my none shooter zones are shot down

Lady i have a question so sense i have my bb grind running and have all the zone what if i go to the outer zones and only shoot shooter bears could i jave only males at all my lakes therefore making the grind a whole lot easier?

I have never done a black bear grind but I will do one after the update so what should I do because I have none of them heard managed?
What I was thinking of doing was just killing all of my bears on my map, so then they can all spawn during the daytime should I do that?
You have to go to the evening bear drink time and shoot every bear on your map. They will respawn in the morning drink time, one by one

You dont hqve to find all zones in order to get ALL of your zones to morning yes you have to find and shoot all zones if you want specific zones like the top 4 lqkes for the grind then just shoot the ones up there

Im on console and idk how to level up faster then i am ive been at level 5 for 3 days now and i cant find any animals, just their need zones, and when i do find them they either flee or i miss, would you be able to explaint to me what im doing wrong if you can. It just sucks because i want to buy the 300 winmag but i have no rifle score to buy it.
Spencer, you'll get there, but here's a few tips I've learned from Lady: don't wear a backpack (it spooks animals - remove it under Character); set the time for 1 hour after drink time starts; travel so you can approach the lake from downwind; mark the zone with your waypoint, stop running and begin walking about 250m away, crouch at 150m (you can get closer as you get Skills & Perks to move quietly); stop and spot everything as you approach the lake; go to the rifle range on Hirschfelden and shoot from different distances, from a crouch like you'll do in the game (don't leave until you can confidently hit 9s & 10s). Then go get 'em! Good luck! 🐻

@@SpencerReeves-tw6xx Yes, definitely buy the Hyperion 4x8 scope - you'll use that one most of the time across the entire game. The Argus 8x16 scope is great for long-distance spotting, but has a wide rim that blocks your view, and zoomed all the way in, it sways a lot!

Hello lady wanted to ask if there is a way to get back a drinking zone or feed zone i messed up a zone 😩😩😩😩
It will appear somewhere else on the map. You just have to refind it
If you blow out a zone on one of the 4 main lakes, it will come back to that exact zone
I’m trying to shoot out my 20:00 zones but there’s no bears respawning idk how this works
Thats what i did i shot out my old zones and it dissapeared but the new zones havnt spawned and its been almost 3 weeks in game time
I am not wasting my time with Mississippi and New England. The bears can stay that time.

I cant get that lake 1 tent down to save my life. Ive tried every coordinate between you and Buy and it simply wont set. Ughh
Hope you can get it. Put your dog away first before trying to put it down. If you have a blind down, pull that and put the tent down first and then add the blind.

How do you hunt so many animals of one kind without devastating your animal population curios cause I shot 4 things in one area an it stays purple for ever
You need to use hunting structures like tripods or duck blinds to reduce hunting pressure. Everything you shoot respawns so it does not devastate the population. Learn about hunting pressure: th-cam.com/video/l4ACzkqWx3c/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
