Appears that if I want to use ai to automate my work tasks I will have to connect it with my work operating system. Sincerely doubt that I will be able to do this because info includes non public information. Is there anything that I can do? I really need to automate some tasks. I primarily have data in an Excel spreadsheet which is transferred to template forms and emails. Please help

Adrian, what software are you using to draw on the screen recordings?
How about moving emails to the correct folders? Is there a way to do it without missing email somehow? (Some kind of confirm button)

Open AI doesn't log any of the data used through their API, only on Chat GPT.
