@@saisame7975 ingorant takes, you dont need SSS for any character, you can SSS all A rank just by time, you dont need to whale either just planning of course this is harder for f2p since this is a competitive game, but you can be low spender and doing fine, unlike other game when there's no pvp but you still put all your money in it
i play the game for more than 4 year, i'm full f2p (not even bp or monthly card) and still staying in RL and even when i dont have the BiS valk i can have a good score in the bracket..
and the fact that the part 2 gacha has no off rate is just peak
@david_ace but what I say still stands for me no matter what you say and 5 years player here, fellow captain. I got most of the characters I like to sss-unlock(Fishl and Durandal are my favorites). What i like about this game is that you have different game modes for stories from different characters' perspectives and don't get stuck on one timeline. Instead of calling me out on being ignorant, tell me instead of f2p is possible and give me advice of you can because you sound like gatekeeper from souls community who point out you didn't play right so you playthrough is invalid.
@@saisame7975 i mean, you wanted to SSS you character because you like them but you said in you comment that you "need" SSS to unlock the character potential which i pointed out..
and if you want advice, for part 1 valk i would say to 1 new character every 2 version and pull and gear the supports first.
but for part 2, you should pull for senadina and get helia weapon because the new trio can bruteforce nearly all contents and because senadina will be the senti/seele but for astral ring valks.
recently they released thelema, she is a good unit and the best support to senadina (sena,helia,thelema) and lantern will come and they all support each other (thelema dps, lantern and senadina support or lanter dps, thelema and senadina support) and they will rerun often too.
for the ELV, save 1 or 2 versions before spending event to get them easily and valks rerun at spending event and there's firepower supply so this is a smart moves anyways

@@roxas5071 the trick to bronya is to speed tune her. You want her to be either hyperspeed so your main dps can go right after her(if your main is really slow), or just one speed lower than your main so she can give them an extra turn after they've dealt damage.

You get 10 every month plainly, 1for every 2 tiers of character growth I believe 1's from just random quests sometimes I could keep going and going and that's not even counting that this game actually gives you decent rewards for events. Hitting 300 is not at all impossible not that hard if you just chill out and don't try to rush it like some starved fiend if you're that pressed just spend at that point cause that's an addiction. gacha is arguably the worst factor on a gacha game, and genshin is one of the most no pull friendly games out there
or hell even if you pull and have the most abysmal luck ever (90 pity ans lost 50/50 everytime) you could still buy broken 4* like Xingqiu or Bennett from the shop or get free broken 4* such as Xiangling or fischl from events
genshin doesnt force you to pull to win the game (counting abyss which is pretty easy but the difficulty is up to player preference and honestly? the new enemies been making my abyss runs fun, like the local legend recently added to abyss)
i enjoy both Genshin and HSR but if i had to choose one from different perspectives i would choose...
gameplay wise: Genshin
storywise: genshin too since even tho 2.1 was good for HSR the main crew is too dumb for my liking
music wise: depends on my mood but probably HSR? i think i just like hype music more
character design: genshin and i am so sorry but this one is not even close i do not enjoy HSR's design philosophy since day 1
lore: HSR probably due to the bigger scale
companions: HSR just because of Himeko and Welt since i have a hate boner for Dan Heng's pessimistic attitude
