I love how solid their relationship is! Also, how the show presents drama towards them as opposed to between them. In the states, it seems like the writers of soaps always forget what they write and have someone cheat, even though it's out of character, just for drama.
Nicole's been involved in half a dozen cheating storylines, so I'd say it's either the current writers or luck as to where we are in the storylines they want to tell.

@@emorycox1499 Yeah, definitely doesn't have the same feel as U.S. soaps. That was one of my issues with the Teriah storyline, when Mariah cheated, it wasn't in character. And they never really gave her a reason to why she cheated.

And frankly I feel that is why the writers are kinda pretending that it never happened, because it was ridiculous, there was no real drama and it served no true purpose.

I think this is the most they've implied Maeve and Nicole had sex to date (obviously they did before but usually they'd just start kissing and next thing you know they're walking down from upstairs implying they did it). It looks natural on them. I'm lmao at how casually they treat weed in NZ soaps. Great scenes!
Yeah, between the show not choosing to build bedroom sets for the apartments and filming with covid social distancing we haven't had much shown. Yay for tents!
