  • So now that I'm sort of done learning how to spray paint and clear coat, I get to move on to the painstaking process of the wet sand and polish portion of the work. This is going to consume some time and elbow grease for sure!

    From all I have read and seen the u-joints should be phased at 90 degrees to each other to prevent vibration.

      Hmm, I found a guy that was working over a Toyota Tacoma drive train and he was showing them all phased in line, he was saying you want to be no more than 3 degrees out of alignment. Some more research is called for I think. Thanks!

      Sorry, I agree. I meant 90 deg. to trans/differential yoke centerline. My wording was confusing. Your Toyota guy is correct. @@LandlockedNoMore
