Yes Will, its the intensity that is off the scale, i think that its the most intense guitar solo that i have ever heard, its off the scale Brillliant, Fantastic, Amazing .
This is class at its best. Fantastic music and Santana at their best. The music is so tight. thanks for sharing. I have had this album for many many years, in fact on LP when it originally came out - OMG I must be old lol
Thank you so much for doing this tune! I've told my daughters I want this played at my funeral. Beautiful! Greg Walkers voice is so magnificent and Santana's guitar work is, well, SANTANA! Very well done. Love how you had your eyes closed. I do the same thing. Takes me away.
I am a very big Zepellin fan, but that is the most INTENSE guitar solo ever, th way that it starts off & then builds, with a crushendo, that just seems to keep growing, its so complete, & after all that wildness, it just tails off, & then is finished, it could NOT be any more intense, its just so complete, Carlos takes it as far as it can be taken, & then he brings it back, & then ends it, i dont think that i have ever heard a more driven guitar solo.
This is one of my favorite songs from the Moonflower album back in the 70's when i was just teen. Another good song you should do is "Dealer" from the Inner secrets album
Love Carlos Santana guitar solos. I am a new subscriber but have been following you for a while. Would love to see you do sweet cherry wine by Tommy James and the Shondells.
This song should be spoken alongside Bohemian Rhapsody and other rock epics.

No comparison. Bohemian Rhapsody is affectation; a glorified novelty tune. This song, on the other hand, comes straight from the "heart and soul."
Best lead guitar tone ever right there. Clear, smooth, wide warm tone. Wonderful performance by singer Greg Walker to top that. Exquisite.
Lovely to see you both blissful in the presence of Santana - as I have been for 50 years!

My Fav Santana track with great vocals from Greg Walker and supreme playing from Carlos and Tom Coster on keyboards
