I found only channel of yours which has the ability to make anyone to fall in love with khatak.apart from that you are so graceful with your teaching ,dance and appearance. I just love to watch you while you teach and dance. Keep teaching maam

If you are fit to dance then age is of little or no importance. Do proper warm ups before you dance and cool downs when you finish. Drink plenty of water. You should be fine then. Good luck. Happy dancing
no age group 4 dancing am 54 years young and dance is my passion. not only this dance but different types of dances.. OK hope this help u.. never give up on yr hopes and dreams. Bc sometimes we have nothing else.. blessings...

Maam the kathak which you are teaching is different from which I have learnt
Then I suggest you follow what you have already learnt as its what you connected to before you met us online.
