does live have blizzard scale on the target or on u as the caster? also do they they allow vw to be the only hybrid to critt on styleprocs , because the 10% basecritt applys because they are clothcasters?
Not sure I understand everything but you have 10% base crit same as caster as vw. I also spec wp5. Style proc cannot critic on live. Blizzard style level is only 29 so if resist a lot. You have to invest into mofocus
@@Lithlet i meant the falloff dmg on my first question . on the recent freeshards this got changed from target bpae to User Bpae basicly , which kinda does alot on the procdmg depening on where U are standing .

the proc applies the PBAE affect off the valewalker itself@@smoover3016
