I used to hand build a lot of cms's on the drupal/modx/statamic platforms. Once I hit webflow, I found a whole new way of building content based website. Quick development and really flexible. The bulk of my clients are perfectly suited to a webflow site. I do wish Webflow had quicker implementation of new css commands, but I understand the UI setbacks when it comes to being fully supportive of the thousands of useful css commands. However, webflow DOES allow you to inject custom css into your sites. (the code might not display in the designer view though.) I am having fun building sites again though. Webflow is fun to use.
How does the client get the actual website then? Does he have to subscribe to a webflow subscription plan similar to Shopify/Wordpress? Or do you build the site in webflow and migrate it to the client's wordpress?
Lets say I'm a full-stack developer, my frontend is Nextjs/React. Now lets say im not that good with CSS or it takes me to much time to work out some tiny things. Can I make a that design part in webflow and get that HTML/CSS code and put in my Nextjs and later slightly polish it and make adjustment that I want... Is that possible? And is it recommended, and why not?
Could you please make a good example between Webflow and Landing pages? Still feel like they are both in the same process but are being called in different ways. Thank you

I am not well versed in this but I believe you can export the code (html, css) and host it with, say, bluehost.

Yes you can. You get from webflow the original files (HTML/CSS) . You can do what ever you want with it
