    당근은 생으로 먹는것보다 기름에 익혀먹는게 더 소화흡수력이 좋은걸로 알고있어요~~~응용해서 먹으면 되겠네요ㅋㅋㅋ근데 감미료라면 미원같은걸 말하나요? 궁금합니다.

    한가지 조언,
    어떤 야채든 장시간 칼질을 하게되면 젊었을땐 잘 몰랐는데 나이들면서
    칼잡는 위치에 따라 손바닥 건초염도 발생하고 손목 스냅의 과도한 운동으로
    손목 터널 중후근이 발생할수 있으니 야채를 많이 썰고난 후엔 꼭 크림을 바르고 난 뒤
    양손 맛사지를 해주게 되면 뭉쳤던 근육, 인대가 풀어지면서 부드러워 지니까
    꼭 그렇게 해보시길요~
    나도 젊었을땐 운동도 하고 요리도 맏며느리라 이삼십명은 거뜬하게 치룬 사람입니다만
    칠십 다되어가는 나이가 되다보니 요즘 은근하게 이곳 저곳 통증들이 터져 나오는데
    내몸을 아끼지 않은 벌을 받고 있는거란 얘기를 의사 선생님이 말씀 하시더군여~ㅎㅎ
    더군다나 이런 요리 프로그램을 하게되면 아무래도 칼질이 많을테니 몸 아끼면서 하시라고
    한마디 조언드립니다~^^* 그러면서 구독도 꾸욱~~

      양배추에 농약을 엄청친다고들었는데요 그래서저는 식초에담궈 몆분있다 씻다가 어떤분이 식초에 씻으면 뭐가 안좋다해서 녹차가루에다 몆분담궜다가씻어서 음식을합니다 정말로 그냥먹어도되는건가요?

    양배추 씻나 안씻나를 두고 의견이 다들 다른걸로 압니다. 저도 긴가민가해서 씻어 먹곤 했었는데 결론은 겉의 두어장만 떼어내고 그냥 먹어도 된대요. 어떤 의사?영양학?선생님 말씀에 양배추는 속에서부터 차오르며 자라기 때문에 사이사이 씻어먹는건 양파를 한겹한겹 다 씻어먹는거나 마찬가지라더군요. 괜히 오지랖 한번 남겨봅니다

      민들레님 도마는 행사장에서 구입했는데 구입처는 까먹었어요 ㅠ 공방에서 만든건데. 칼은 글로벌 나이프인데 유튜브 초창기에도 사용한 칼로 15일 공동구매 예정이에요 양파 담은 도구는 제과용 스패츌러인데 아마 쿠팡 같은데에도 팔거 같아요 저는 해외에서 직접 구매한거라 아마 같은건 국내에 없을거 같아요 💜 시청해 주셔서 감사합니다 💜

    따라서 해봤습니다ㅋ 무슨맛일지너무 궁금해서요. 소금 설탕 레몬 식초 넣고 이맛일까 저맛일까 나름 애써봤는데요 식감도 좋고 레몬넣으니까 향긋하니 계속 손이 가긴하네요ㅎㅎ

    당근 농사 지어본 사람으로써 흙당근만 먹습니다 세척 당근은 보호막이 사라져 수분이 많은 당근 특성상 세균 번식에 취약 합니다~ 얼마전 네이버 훈규네마켓 흙당근 시켜 먹었는데 저렴하고 상태 엄청 좋더라구요 강추드립니다.

      스켑슐트 제품인데 무겁고 세척해서 기름칠 해서 말려야 하고... 사실 비싸고 불편해 실용성은 없어요 😂

    slightly confused about the lemon - is it the lemon pulp or lemon peel or both?

      When I use lemons, I wash the peel cleanly and use it with the peel. The peel has more nutrients. ☺️

    방금 따라 만들어봄 샐러리, 큐민은 패스. 감미료? 대신 맛소금 살짝 후추는 그라인더로 갈아쓰는 후추 이빠이? 올리브오일은 최상급 씀. 결론 안 질리게 배채우기에 이만한 음식 없는 것 같음 내 입맛엔 대만족

    양배추를 한장 한장 뜯어서 뽀득뽀득 씻어내는것도 아니구, 흐르는 물을 사이사이로 넣기만 한다면 안 씻는거나 마찬가지인거 같지만, 암튼, 자투리 아채같은거 처리하기 좋아보이는 샐러드네요
