The look in her eyes, when that adrenaline rush hit . Nothing compares too that rush! It's cool too see how people react to that powerful moment. GOOD STUFF HERE!
Heck yeah! Thats awesome! I hope you have a fun hunt 😊 Chasing muleys in November is pretty much always a good time! Thanks for watching and for the kind words- we appreciate it! Good luck on your hunt! I’m pumped for you!
Great video guys and great shot! I agree the real work begins after the hunt when you have to pack it out and process the game. And after all the work done it's something you can look back on and feel a sense of accomplishment.
Thank you so much!! We are working on finding a new manufacturer (printer) so we won’t have tees back in for a while unfortunately. Thank you so much for watching!!
Really good video, just a heads up in Colorado, you legally have to go check for blood, after the shot, even if you think you missed 👍🏾 & tag goes on meat, not horns unless you bring animal out whole, she made a good shot, congrats
Thank you for the heads up and for not being a jerk about it … we had someone mention the tag location to us previously, and they weren’t as friendly. Lol that was totally my (Jason) fault, and now I look specifically for tagging instructions when we go out of state. I just assumed it had to stay with the meat, like in Idaho, and I should know better than to assume. As for checking for blood, we watched him chase a doe for 15 minutes after the shot. I think that’s a good rule for sure though… you don’t want folks lobbing bullets across a canyon. saying “I’m pretty sure I missed,” and heading for the truck. If he had disappeared into the brush after the shot, we would have assumed he was hit and put in all the effort possible to find blood and track him. Thanks again for the good info and for taking time to leave a helpful comment.
Thank you! Unfortunately we’re not set up to do giveaways internationally at this point. Hopefully some day in the future we will though. Thank you so much for taking time to watch and leave a comment 😊 We really appreciate it!
Thank you! It was such a fun hunt 😊 The pouch is just something we rigged up to protect our camera in the snow… it’s kinda bulky, but it beats ruining our new camera lol
Definitely! Alyssa had a 7mm rifle and my dad and I both had .300 caliber rifles. And we use Sig Sauer and Swarovski optics 😊 This hunt was unique because we got to stay at an Air BnB cabin. We usually camp in a wall tent with a wood stove 😊
@@MTN_BUILT although I'm not a hunter I could be if needed my 35 caliber Remington lever action has been with me a long time but is just as accurate as when I obtained in the 80s as are all of my weapons you're optics and optics are adequate Alyssa likes a lighter gun she probably shoots better than either of you guys lol nice to hear from you thanks kray
@@kraymississippi4388 haha! She really does! She’s an excellent shot and she’s really good at staying calm 😊 And that’s super cool that you have an old lever action… those things are awesome!
Thank you for watching! My dad was using a 300 rem mag, Alyssa had a 7mm, and I had a 300 weatherby mag 😊 Thanks again for watching and leaving a comment!
Thanks for the reply. Those shots would require those calibers. Here in Kentucky we seldom have that kind of open ground. 100-150yrds is about maximum. Usually less than that. You and your wife enjoy all the adventures you can while young. You won’t be sorry. I enjoy your videos. Keep it up.
@@bruceperry4770 Absolutely! Yeah, that’s what I’ve heard about that country back east. It’s definitely helpful to be able to shoot at least 300 yards out here. That being said, we really like to do a hunt with an open sight 30-30 with our mules one of these days. Thanks so much for watching and thank you for the kind words 😊

Thank you so much for the nice comment! And yes, what a rush! You never forget moments like that 😊
Video was great, my favorite part is the sheer dedication and overall patience for a mature deer to show up and not just dumping the forker.
Awesome! Thank you so much 😊 It was definitely a tiny bit tempting when that little guy walked by! Lol
heading down there 3rd season !! great video folks , love the companionship of you all ....

Dude....I'm way over here in North Texas whispering so that I don't spook your buck....LOL!!!

Yes! 🙌🏼 We totally agree… there’s just something special about eating meat that you packed out in your back 😊
Great hunt and very nice shot! I like that you took your time, made the right shot, and appreciate the results of your efforts! Well done Ma’am! 🍻
Thank you! 😊 It was pretty hectic, but thankfully I was able to stay calm (enough) lol
Great shot. Love mom & dad's reaction ❤ So proud of you both, how you're living your life. No Instagram here 🤷♀️
